Overview
The new Enhanced Service Program (ESP) from EFI™ is an all-inclusive service contract for new and existing owners of VUTEk® superwide digital printing systems based in North America. ESP provides on-site, on time preventive and emergency service with special provisions for print head replacement, VUTEk ink stock as well as maintenance repair and training. It adds value to any VUTEk printer investment by maximizing uptime and enabling better control over service costs.
Program Highlights
Gives businesses complete, round-the-clock coverage. ESP covers installation, system integration services, on-site and classroom-based operator training, applications, color management and substrate assistance, 24/7 every day of the year. It also covers online and DVD diagnostic and troubleshooting support, and on-site emergency repair service. In other words, ESP covers everything that keeps businesses running.
Lets businesses choose the response time they need. ESP lets businesses select from three service plans based on their needs. VUTEk Field Service Engineers (FSEs) will be onsite within the time frame the contract specifies (see below for details). By offering three different levels of response time, ESP is adaptable to different business needs and budgets.
Predicts your cost of ownership. With enrollment in ESP, businesses can reliably estimate the expected costs of product service, support and training that they need for their VUTEk printer. In this way, owners can gain an understanding of their entire costs of ownership from their first day of ownership.
Three Different Levels of Response Times to Choose from
ESP allows VUTEk printer owners to select from three comprehensive service plans. All service contracts cover time, parts, labor and travel. Each includes a different minimum response time.
- Critical: With this plan, a VUTEk FSE will respond onsite within eight business hours.
- ProActive: With this plan, a VUTEk FSE will respond onsite within 16 business hours.
- Essential: With this plan, a VUTEk FSE will respond onsite within 24 business hours.
Depending on location, businesses can upgrade from one ESP level to another that provides even faster response as needed.
